Service Description. This Site describes Landscaping Services, Pine Straw Mulch, Organic Mulch, Pine Bark Mulch, Lawn Cleanup provided by Plyler and Sons Pineneedles LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Plyler and Sons Pineneedles LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Plyler and Sons Pineneedles LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Plyler and Sons Pineneedles LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Plyler and Sons Pineneedles LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Plyler and Sons Pineneedles LLC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of SC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in SC.
